-What cases are state versus federal; how does the Massachusetts judicial system differ from the federal system? -What are the different Massachusetts trial courts and how are they different from the appellate courts? -How do you become a judge in Massachusetts and is that different from other states? -Jury duty: valuable public service or pain in the neck?
